Dear Fifth Grade Parent/Guardian, 

Happy New Year!

I am the coordinator for the ACS 2011/2012 Yearbook.   In order to get started creating the yearbook, I need your help. Please email me the following information:

  • A picture of your child, as a baby or toddler.
  • One special memory your child has of his/her years at ACS
  • The EXACT way you would like your child’s name spelled
  • Any candid shots you have of your child at ACS (with his/her friends).  Please make sure to label the pictures with the year they were taken (1st grade, 2nd grade, etc).

The deadline for all of the above is the end of January but the sooner you send me the info, the better (so I can pace myself)! Also it would be most helpful if you could send me the information in ONE email rather than 3 separate ones.
