ALL APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY April 3, 2012

We anticipate the posted local scholarships and awards will be available to qualified students.  Please note the application procedures.  Most scholarships require the Basic Form application; however, some require a specific form.  The criteria for the awards vary.  Please read all information carefully.

Follow these procedures when returning your applications:

• *   Place each application in its own large yellow envelope (one envelope per application). You must supply the envelopes.
• *  Label the front of the envelope with the name of the Scholarship/Award and your name.
• *  Only if the scholarship requires your Class Rank/GPA, then the words Transcript Required should be written on the bottom right hand side of the envelope.  (This is very important; otherwise you will not have a copy of your transcript included in the envelope, and your applications will be incomplete.) No one will follow up for you!
• *  Return all applications to Mrs. Gianfredi in Room 205. A box will be labeled "Scholarship Applications.
• *  When using the Basic Form application, be sure to print one copy per award.
• *  DO NOT place more than one application in an envelope, or it will not be considered.  (i.e., if you are applying for 5 awards and they all require the Basic Form application, you must print 5 copies of the form and need 5 envelopes, one for each award, appropriately labeled).
