Emergency Virtual Instructional Plan

The Leonia Public School District is committed to providing a high quality educational program, virtually or remotely. This virtual or remote program of instruction was approved by the Leonia School District Board of Education annually, and is in accordance with P.L.2020, c.27.  A day of virtual or remote instruction, if instituted under a plan approved by the New Jersey Commissioner of Education, is considered the equivalent of a full day of school attendance for the purposes of meeting State and local graduation requirements, awarding of course credit, and other such matters as determined by the New Jersey Commissioner of Education.

All other Board of Education policies will remain in effect during an emergency closure.
