Who Needs to Register?
New students in grades Pre-K through 12
Pre-K or Kindergarten students entering school for the first time
Students transferring from another district
Students returning after withdrawal
Incoming 7th Grade Students from Edgewater School District
Families who have recently moved within the district (address changes)
Registration Requirements
Please have the following documents ready:
Proof of residency (lease, mortgage, or utility bill)
Parent or guardian photo ID
Student’s birth certificate
Immunization and health records
Previous school records (if applicable)
Court-issued custody documents (if applicable)

In-person registration is available by appointment only for families without internet access. We kindly ask that you schedule an appointment in advance, as we are unable to accommodate walk-ins.

What if I am unable to locate the paperwork required to register my child?

What is the eligibility cut-off date for registering a child for Pre K 4 and Kindergarten?
For Pre K 4, a child must be 4 years of age on or by October 1st of the upcoming school year. Kindergarten a child must be 5 years of age on or by October 1st of the upcoming school year.
Do I need to schedule an appointment to change my address?
Yes, appointments are required to complete a change of address.
Do I need a current physical for my child?
Yes. A current physical must be submitted showing (within one year (365 days) prior to entry date). The physical must be performed by a doctor or nurse practitioner licensed in the United States and have a signature and seal from the doctor’s office. Please click the link here for a physical form.
