For tech help, please email the parent & student help desk:

In your email, please include:
- Your full name
- Student ID Number
- Detailed description of the issue you’re experiencing.
- Note: The more information you provide (such as device type, screenshots, error messages, and steps you've already tried), the better we’ll be able to assist you.

In the event you cannot access the ticket system, you can email your request directly to helpdesk@leoniaschools.org. Be sure to include your location (school and room number) and any relevant details about the issue.
