Genesis SIS
Manage classroom attendance, grades, and essential student profiles securely.
Genesis SIS is a centralized, web-based platform where you will manage all essential student data, including real-time attendance, digital gradebooks, and student schedules. As a new staff member, you’ll use this secure portal to access vital information like medical alerts and IEP/504 statuses to ensure every student’s needs are met. It also serves as your primary communication link to parents and students, allowing you to share progress updates and school announcements instantly.

Unify all parent-teacher interactions and translate communications automatically.
ParentSquare is an all-in-one communication platform that unifies every school-to-home interaction—from district-wide emergency alerts to individual teacher-parent messages—into a single, easy-to-use interface. For new staff, it replaces the need for separate email lists, app-based group chats, or paper flyers by centralizing all newsletters, permission slips, and conference sign-ups in one secure spot. Most importantly, it features two-way language translation, ensuring you can connect with every family in your classroom regardless of their primary language.

ClassLink Launchpad
Single Sign-On (SSO) gives you immediate access to your entire curriculum.
ClassLink is a "single sign-on" (SSO) platform that acts as a digital front door, giving you one-click access to all your school apps and files without needing to remember multiple passwords. It provides a personalized dashboard where your curriculum tools, textbooks, and Genesis SIS are pre-loaded and ready for use. By logging in just once, you can spend less time managing logins and more time focusing on your students.

Getting Started with ClassLink
Your customized ClassLink launchpad automatically updates to reflect your assigned courses, textbooks, and classroom resources. Log in with your standard Leonia Google Suite credentials to open the dashboard immediately.
Frontline Education
Log absences and coordinate substitute teachers efficiently.
Frontline Education (formerly Aesop) is the district's automated absence management and substitute placement system. All staff members are required to log their professional days, personal leaves, and medical absences in Frontline to ensure proper coverage and school operations planning.

Absence Reporting Guidelines
- Standard Absences: Log your planned absences as early as possible. If an unplanned sick leave occurs, submit the request before 6:30 AM on the day of the absence.
- Substitutes: Frontline automatically matches your absence with qualified district substitute teachers. You can upload lesson plans directly to your logged absence so the substitute has access.
